In fact, 250 cases were made of this wine- hailing from the volcanic soils of Boca in Alta Langha, this is as unique, intoxicating and one-of-a-kind as it gets. By employing carbonic maceration, Nebiru crafts a Nebbiolo that is both expressive and approachable, highlighting the grape’s unique characteristics in a fresh and vibrant style.

Nebiru Carbonic Nebbiolo showcases a bright ruby color and an aromatic bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and violets, with subtle hints of spice and earth. On the palate, it offers a lively blend of red fruit flavors, including strawberry and cranberry, complemented by a touch of floral and herbal notes.
