Durable and naturally non-stick, Pillivuyt porcelain roasters are also thermal-shock resistant and can be taken directly from the freezer to a hot oven without harm. When it's time for clean-up, a simple soak and scrub will do the trick.

The capacity shown for each dish is the "comfortable" capacity, rather than the capacity of the dish to the very brim. For example, if your recipe is 3 quarts, a 3-quart capacity dish will comfortably hold the contents.
