Pour room temperature water into the boiler up to the safety valve level (do not exceed this level to avoid watery coffee). Use a blend of ground coffee specifically for Moka (medium grind), ensuring it's not too fine or too coarse. Generously fill the coffee maker funnel (filter basket) without pressing down the coffee grounds. Set the heat to low (stove burner). Allow the coffee to rise completely in the collector (upper chamber) before turning off the heat. For the best aroma, drink the coffee as soon as it's poured into the cup.
