The Ruffoni Historia Copper Stockpot is a kitchen essential, often synonymous with cookware itself. Perfect for boiling and simmering meat, vegetables, and grains into delicious soups, stocks, and stews. This stockpot is crafted from solid copper for superior heat conductivity, hammered to increase strength and enhance its lasting beauty, and tin-lined by hand over fire, making it naturally low-stick. The riveted handles are cast from solid bronze, and the lid is crowned with Ruffoni's signature acorns and leaves. A timeless piece that transitions seamlessly from stovetop to tabletop, adding elegance to any kitchen even when not in use.

Washing & Polishing: Hand-wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Copper will develop a rich patina over time, but for a polished shine, use copper polish or a mixture of salt with lemon juice/vinegar.
Tin Care: Tin will discolor with time but remains effective. To prolong its life, avoid metal tools, overheating, and limit use of acidic ingredients. Retinning may eventually be necessary depending on usage.
