Toast is easy to get wrong: dry in the middle, burnt on the edges, or soft in a way that isn't quite bread anymore. BALMUDA built this toaster around a small water tank that creates a burst of steam at the start of the cycle, which keeps the crust crisp while the inside stays soft, closer to bread fresh from the oven than anything else that pops up.

It's not just for toast. The dial-based controls cover croissants, baguette, pizza, frozen bread, and a cheese setting, so it earns counter space even if you're not an everyday toast eater.

Clean the interior regularly with a damp cloth. Remove the crumb tray and clean after each use. Avoid using abrasive materials for cleaning to prevent damage to the surface. Only use the steam function with water (5 cc per toast cycle). Unplug when not in use and allow to cool before cleaning.
