Watch the cheese melt or the vegetables steam without lifting the lid. Smithey's tempered-glass lids make it easier to keep an eye on supper, with a gold-finished knob and rim that complement the brand's cast iron. We like them for braising, gentle steaming and keeping splatter off the stove.

Choose the lid for your particular Smithey pan, not just its approximate width. The ten-inch lid fits the No. 10 Traditional and Chef skillets and the 5.5-quart Dutch oven. The twelve-inch fits the No. 12 Traditional and Dual Handle skillets and the 7.25-quart Dutch oven. The fourteen-inch fits both No. 14 skillets. Each is oven-safe to 400°F and dishwasher safe. Find your size and put the lid on dinner.
