Smithey's Mighty Spatula pairs a broad stainless steel blade with a full-tang walnut handle. We like the combination of a firm blade and sharp, chiseled edges that slip beneath food.

Smithey shaped the deep neck and blade edges to reach into the sides of a skillet. At 12.25 inches long with a 4.25-inch-wide blade, it gives you room to lift a generous serving. Keep it beside the griddle when the next round of burgers is ready.
