Smithey's Seasoning Oil makes that little habit easy, with a blend of grapeseed oil, canola oil, vitamin E and beeswax formulated for cast iron and carbon steel cookware. It helps protect the pan between meals while supporting the seasoning you build through regular cooking.

Made in the USA, the two-ounce tin is a useful addition beside the stove or in a cookware gift. We like that it takes only a thin layer, spread with a paper towel, to finish the job. Dry the pan well, apply sparingly, and have it ready for tomorrow's breakfast.
