This extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Galantino brings a little Puglia sunshine to the counter. The green Fantasia ceramic jug is hand-painted by local artisans, then filled with cold-extracted, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. We love it for everyday cooking, but it really shines as a finishing oil over tomatoes, salads, grilled fish, pasta, or a hunk of crusty bread. The oil is smooth and balanced, with a golden green glow and the kind of generous flavor that makes simple food feel considered.
