The Jonas™ Mesh Chinois is designed for serious kitchen work. Extra-fine mesh filters out even the smallest seeds, lumps, and fibres from sauces, custards, purées, soups, and drinks for a silky-smooth result. Also excellent for dusting pastry with a fine, even layer of powdered sugar. The handle and lip allow the Chinois to rest securely on a bowl or pan while in use. 18/10 stainless steel.
