A vibrant ruby red wine bursting with freshness and fragrance. Aromas of red fruits—blueberries, raspberries, blackberries—blend beautifully with violet and sage. On the palate, it's lively and aromatic, with notes of red fruit and rosebuds leading to a dry, persistent finish. Perfect for pairing with appetizers, aged cheeses, salami, Sicilian red tuna, fish soup, mullet, sushi, and sashimi. A fresh, expressive wine with a Mediterranean soul.
