Les Fines Bulles Pétillant is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, sourced from 20 to 60-year-old vines planted on a mix of sandy silex and tuffeau soils. The wine undergoes the traditional méthode Champenoise, with a minimum of 12 months aging sur lattes before disgorgement. This results in a dry sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles and a well-balanced profile.
