This elegant and aromatic white wine is produced by Domaine Lauverjat, located in the renowned Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, France. Lauverjat Sancerre Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from 30-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils predominantly in Sury-en-Vaux. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, spending a total of three months on its fine lees. This process results in a wine with a bright straw color and an aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle hints of minerality and flint.
