This fresh and vibrant white blend is crafted by Odyssey Vini, a project between two sommeliers and a small family producer in the Vittoria region of Sicily, about an hour west of Noto. Bellifolli is all about Sicily- in attitude, aromatics, and its style.

Bellifolli Bianco showcases a bright straw color and an aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle hints of tropical fruit and minerality. On the palate, it offers a delightful blend of lemon zest, pear, and pineapple, balanced by a crisp acidity and a smooth, refreshing finish.

This versatile white blend pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including seafood, light pasta, and salads.
