Camarda Vino Camarda Bianco is a blend of 70% Carricante and 30% Minnella and Inzolia. The grapes are hand-harvested from 90-year-old vines in the Feudo di Mezzo vineyard, which is situated at an altitude of 650 meters on the slopes of Mount Etna. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, resulting in a wine that is both expressive and true to its origins.
This wine showcases a bright straw color with an aromatic bouquet of lemon, ripe stone fruits, and floral notes. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of citrus, peach, and almond flavors, balanced by a refreshing minerality and a crisp acidity.
