A Stand Mixer Like No Other

Ever find yourself elbow-deep in dough, wishing for a kitchen sidekick that just gets it? That's where the Ankarsrum Assistent shines— a stand mixer that's been our obsession since we discovered its rock-solid build and clever versatility. We adore how Ankarsrum has poured over 80 years of expertise into this gem, starting way back in 1940, crafting it to last generations with that unbeatable 7-year warranty for total peace of mind. It's not just about mixing; it's about freeing up your time for the real joy: whipping up feasts, baking fresh loaves, or blending smoothies that make mornings magical.

Ankarsrum's stand mixers have two unique positions for attachments:

  • Standard upright position: Used for common attachments like the dough bowl, whisk bowl, and ice cream maker.
  • Side position: Provides extra power for more demanding attachments like the meat grinder, pasta roller, pasta cutters, and blender.

This dual functionality allows you to use a variety of stand mixer attachments to create everything from delicious baked goods and desserts to fresh pasta dishes and homemade sausages.

One machine. Two positions. Endless possibilities with stand mixer attachments.

One of my BEST purchases ever! I bought the Ankarsrum – Red and call it my Red Cadillac sitting on my kitchen counter. I was previously a Bosch Mixer user for 45 years and this Ankarsrum is quieter, kneads the dough better, and is quality. I now look forward to making bread everytime I use it. I wish I had known about it sooner since it has been manufactured for many years. I highly recommend it to anyone who bakes bread. It is a delight.

Oh my goodness, I love my machine! And the customer service is amazing! I had an issue and contacted them and I was so impressed because customer service seems like it’s a thing of the past, but not these people they’re great.

I am a professional chef for over 40 years. i bought the ankarsrum machine for my home. it is the best machine i have used for making breads. very easy to use i would highly recommend it
