These Parchment Dispensers come loaded with a roll of Culinary Grade parchment paper that is unbleached and silicon coated. New Butcher Block Parchment Dispensers - As with all ChicWrap Products, we recommend the dispenser be placed on a flat surface for optimal stability. Due to the larger roll which is much heavier than our traditional parchment dispensers, we also suggest pulling the parchment paper straight up with two hands. This helps the roll unwind evenly until the desired length is achieved.
