Handwash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly after each use. Never soak, submerge, or put in a dishwasher or microwave. Apply JK Adams Mineral Oil and/or Beeswax Wood Conditioner weekly. Lightly buff with 200 grit sandpaper if the grain raises, and reapply conditioner.
