Shelf Life: Lasts for 4-6 months at room temperature, or up to 12 months when stored properly. Refrigeration: Storing below 40°F (4°C) can extend freshness to 1-2 months and helps delay natural oil separation, but it's not essential if kept cool. Freezing: Not recommended by Seed + Mill, as it can damage the delicate, flaky texture. During warmer months (e.g., June-September), orders containing halva may be shipped with ice packs to ensure freshness.
